Shaine

I was born and raised in Vancouver, BC. I always had an affinity towards animals starting at a young age. After high school, I went to Simon Fraser University to obtain a Bachelors of Science in Biological Sciences where I concentrated my studies on animal molecules, cells and physiology.

I’ve been at the Richmond Animal Hospital since 2016. This hospital has taught me so much and has really solidified my decision in pursuing a career in the veterinary field. Starting January 2019, I will continue my studies, through Thompson Rivers University, to become a registered veterinary technician.

When I’m at work, you can usually find me helping out the wonderful clients up front or taking care of your adorable pets in the back. When I’m not at work, you can usually find me hanging out with friends or hanging out with my cat, Sora. I prefer the latter.
