Lead Technician

I was born in the Island of the Philippines and immigrated to Canada with my parents many years ago. I had a degree in Marine Engineering from the Philippines. The first thing I did when I came here, was to look for a job. A family friend introduced me to Dr. Sandy Jamieson, the previous owner of The Richmond Animal Hospital. When I first started here, I thought it would be a great temporary job. However, after learning the principles of veterinary medicine and its objectives, I realized my search was over; I had found my perfect job. That was in 1983!

I have been married for over 25 years. My wife and I are blessed with a wonderful daughter. She is now 22 pursuing her post-secondary degree in BSCN. We enjoy hiking, camping, biking, traveling and RVing. We have traveled across Canada (except Newfoundland), Alaska, the Yukon and some parts of the United States. One of our favourite adventures was visiting one of the Wonders of the World; The Grand Canyon.
